Hot, Sweet and Zesty Air Fryer Wings
Chef tip: adding fresh herbs like cilnaro and lime zest gives freshness and flavor without the calories.
Calabrian Chili Wings

Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken wings ken wings split into flats and drummettes
- 3-4 tbsp on Calabrian chili paste (depends how hot you like it!
- Olive oil spray can
- Sea salt
Instructions
- Thoroughly pat dry chicken wings with paper towels and place in a mixing bowl.
- Spray wings with evoo then sprinkle on garlic salt, pepper and zest. Take half of the paste and toss to evenly coat
- Place in air frying basket air fry at 400˚F for 8 minutes, open and shake basket close and cook for another 8 minutes or until chicken wings are crisp and golden brown on the outside.
- Spray a little olive oil in bowl and add remaining paste and brush fresh Calabrian chili on as added garnish
Sesame Teriyaki Wings

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
- 2 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp. light agave
- 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
- 2 tbsp. sesame seeds
Teriyaki Sauce
Instructions
- Thoroughly pat dry chicken wings with paper towels and place in a mixing bowl.
- In a bowl place all ingredients except wings and stir. Take most of marinade leaving just 2 tbsp for garnish evenly coat wings
- Place in air frying basket air fry at 400˚F for 8 minutes, open and shake basket close and cook for another 8 minutes or until chicken wings are crisp and golden brown on the outside.
- Brush remaining marinade on wings and serve.
Lime & Cilantro Wings
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken wings split into flats and drummettes
- 2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tbsn grated lemon zest
- 1 tsp freshly ground pepper
- Olive oil spray can
- 2 tbsp of coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
- Zest of one lime
- Juice of one lime
- Sea salt

- Spray wings with evoo then sprinkle on garlic salt, pepper and zest. Toss to evenly coat with seasoning.
- Place in air frying basket air fry at 400˚F for 8 minutes, open and shake basket close and cook for another 8 minutes or until chicken wings are crisp and golden brown on the outside.
- Garnish with cilantro, lime zest and lime juice and sea salt and serve
