1 pint vanilla ice cream
8 maraschino cherries
8 mint leaves
red food coloring gel
1 Package of sweet dinner rolls
Split the rolls in half.
Using an ice cream scoop, scoop out ice cream and place on the bottom half of each bun.
Top ice cream with second half of each bun.
Take two maraschino cherries and 2 mint leaves and attach to the top of the bun, using the toothpicks, to create eyes.
Repeat with remaining cherries, mint leaves and buns.
To create fangs, allow 1 tsp. of red food gel to drip down the right and left side of the ice cream.
Repeat with the remaining gel and buns.
