Suprema Colada

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/2 oz white rum
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 1/2 oz coconut puree or creme de coconut
  • 1/2 oz banana liqueur
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • scoop of ice

METHOD:

  • Mix in blender
  • Serve in a tall glass
  • Top with 1/2 oz of dark rum
  • Garnish with fresh pineapple
