Pink Burger

Ingredients

(Serves 4)

Salmon Burger

  • 4 Donatella Salmon Burger patties
  • 4 slices of tomato
  • Bibb lettuce
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • King’s Hawaiian Hamburger Buns

Avocado Cream

  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • ½ cup crème fraiche
  • juice of 1 lime
  • kosher salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder

Directions

Salmon Burger

  • In a nonstick skillet heat 2 tbsp. of oil.
  • Set grill on medium high heat and brush each side of the burger with olive oil. Cook over medium high heat for 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Place Bibb lettuce on bottom of King’s Hawaiian Hamburger bun and top with burger.
  • Top burger with a slice of tomato and 1-2 tbsp. of avocado cream.

Avocado Cream

  • Slice avocado in half and remove pit.
  • Scoop out the flesh into a food processor.
  • Add crème fraiche, lime juice, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  • Blend until smooth.
