I've had some questions about my meatballs, and what happens if they arrive cold, but not frozen. They are fully-cooked and thawed, and if you are not going to consume right away, you can put them directly into your freezer.
If you are going to consume immediately, bake them in an oven-safe dish (like my ramekins or baking dishes) at 400F for 10-15 minutes, or until cooked through. You can also simmer them in sauce on medium-low heat for about 15-20 minutes. Slow-cookers work great too!!
