Cauliflower Mash

“Cauliflower

INGREDIENTS:

    (Serves 1, 47 Calories)

    • 2 ounces non-fat cream cheese
    • 2 tablespoons non-fat Greek yogurt
    • Butter flavoring
    • Large head of cauliflower
    • 1/4 cup skim milk
    • 1 tablespoon Parmesan
    • Sea salt and pepper

METHOD:

 

  • Steam the cauliflower and place in bowl with milk.
  • Add all of the above ingredients and whip until smooth.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
